Day 1: QAIA - Amman

Arrive Queen Alia International Airport, meet & assist, Transfer to Amman Hotel for overnight.

 

Day 2:  Amman Panoramic Tour - Amman

Panoramic Tour of Amman the Capital of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, first known as a Rabbath Ammoun in the Iron Age, and later as Philadelphia, one of several Greco-Roman cities in the urban confederation known as the Decapolis, and recently the «white City» because of the white stone used to build its’ houses. Lunch at Windmill Restaurant. Proceed to visit Royal Automobile Museum (Closed on Tuesdays), affording an insight into the history of the Kingdom through the exhibited cars from the era of King Abdullah I, the founder of the Kingdom, to the current era of His Majesty King Abdullah II. These exhibits recap the development of the Kingdom in pace with the automotive advancement in the country and its transformation since the Great Arab Revolt during World War I. Continue to Jordan’s Children Museum; an exciting venue offering children and families exciting learning experiences through play, discovery and exploration, with over 150 interactive exhibits and an exciting array of year-round programs. Inclusive places where children can play, experiment, create and interact comfortably with the environment and with each other. Overnight at Amman Hotel.

 

Day 3:  Amman – Petra Visit - Petra

Via Desert road to Petra, a city that was carved into the rose-red Sharah Mountains by the Nabateans and lost to Civilization until re-discovered by the Swiss Burkhardt. Walk through the Siq, a narrow and winding fissure between the cliffs, to reach the Treasury, the Roman Theater, the Courts, Qasr Bint Pharaoun, Temple of the Winged Lion and other monuments.  Lunch at Basin Restaurant. Overnight at Petra Hotel.

 

Day 4:  Petra – Wadi Rm - Aqaba

Drive to visit the Wadi.Rum.Desert.and its awesome moon-like landscape, where the film  “Lawrence of Arabia” was shot, Jeeps will be ready at the Rest house to start a 2-Hour tour in 4x4 Vehicles. Lunch at the Resthouse, Continue to Aqaba with its' spectacular Red Sea setting of purple colored mountains and sandy beaches. Leisurely afternoon and overnight at Aqaba hotel.

 

Day 5:  Aqaba

Leisurely stay at Aqaba. Overnight at Aqaba Hotel.

 

Day 6: Aqaba

Leisurely stay at Aqaba. Overnight at Aqaba Hotel.

 

 Day 7:  Aqaba – Dead Sea

Via Araba road to Dead Sea; with its’ year-round sunny skies and dry air, located in the Jordan Rift Valley, about 422 meters below sea level. One of the world's saltiest bodies of water, where it falls short of accommodating any life, due to the extremely high content of salts. Leisurely stay and overnight at Dead Sea Hotel.

 

Day 8: Dead Sea - QAIA

Transfer from Dead Sea Hotel to Queen Alia International Airport for departure.
