Tell us about a funny thing that has happened during your career!

It turns out that during a site inspection with a client, I lost the number plate of my vehicle without realising it, a local guide had found it and contacted me to retrieve it. He lived in a village in the heart of the Wadi Rum desert, I had just finished my site inspection with the client and it was 1am. Near the village to get my number plate I lost the signal and got stuck in the sand in a sandstorm. Luckily the guide found me on his own that night...

If you were a country among our destinations, which one would you be and why?

Difficult to choose! I haven't yet had the opportunity to discover the other countries so I would say Jordan, I found there this family and friendly spirit also present in the country where I grew up in Africa !

It is not true that it is impossible to organise humanitarian actions in the UAE.

MAGIC Travels and MICE team have created this activity.

Playing with toys stimulates the imagination and is an essential part of children's learning, well-being and development. Yet for thousands of children, having their own toy is something they can only dream about.

In this high-impact team activity, you will learn more about the lives of the children you are helping and, after a quick lesson in basic sewing techniques, you will use your creativity to make toys for children living in refugee camps or very poor communities.

Course of the activity :

30min: Welcome, ice-breaker activity, brief introduction to the lives of the beneficiary children living in poor communities

1h15: Working together to make penguins by hand.

15min: Reflections on the activity, group photos and conclusion

*TASTING AND WORKSHOP TO CREATE LOCAL CHOCOLATES > UAE

Discover the art of chocolate making right here in Dubai. We take you through every detail, from roasting the cocoa beans to hand-wrapping each bar.

Enjoy a gourmet tasting at the chocolate factory with a view of the creation process.

Using granite grinders, the roasted beans are ground for days on end, reducing the size of the molecules to ensure a smooth, creamy blend of chocolate in the final process - without additives or excess milk. The ingredients are of diverse origins and flavours, some belonging to the spice route, which carried goods from Europe to Asia hundreds of years ago.
